The Mission of the Winona DAC
is to foster interdependence of individuals with the community.

The Winona County Developmental Achievement Center (DAC) provides services which help individuals with developmental disabilities reach their full potential.

DAC clients are employed at numerous job sites throughout the community. They also participate in a variety of work opportunities with the DAC in-center program

Opportunities to participate in many community activities and volunteer are also available. Other areas of programming include physical therapy, recreational activities, social skills training, and community awareness.
