SUMMARY:2nd Annual Mini Photo Sessions
DESCRIPTION:The Winona County DAC is once again teaming with Those Gals Photography for a fundraiser photo event. Those Gals are not only dropping their standard price for our event\, but also giving back 50% of the proceeds to the DAC! We couldn’t ask for a more gracious contribution to us for a fundraiser; but as Ashley states\, “I realize what you do for the community\, and I appreciate it. This gives me a chance to do what I love while contributing to your organization and giving families a new wonderful memory that can be cherished for years to come.” \nSessions are perfect for updating your family photos\, holiday cards\, a best friend session\, date night session\, photos of your littles\, photos of your beloved pet\, or whatever you may want! Your photographer will be Ashley and she is wonderful with making accommodations and tailoring each session to be your own. \nSessions will be held near the old deer park in Winona just off of Prairie Island Road. The location is 915 Prairie Island Road\, Winona\, MN 55987. This location will say you are going to the “Latsch Shelter.” See more informatio below for set up and directional photos. \n  \nThe price for each session is $50.00. Each session includes: \n*A 10-minute mini session. Perfect for those who don’t have a lot of time to spend for photos and also those who don’t like to hold still for long. \n*At minimum of 10 edited digital photos with rights released in an online gallery. (This means you can get them printed wherever you want and don’t have to worry about spending an arm and a leg for print outs!) \n*No maximum number of persons for your photo session to be included in the photos. \n*Pets are welcome to be in the photos with you as long as they are friendly\, and you clean up after them. \n*You will leave with an instruction card on how to access your photos and contact information in case you need assistance.  \n  \nImportant information: \n*If you have any questions on payment/scheduling\, please contact Jenna as she is the coordinator for the event. Please do not contact Ashley. Galleries are set up for your viewing and downloading 1-2 weeks after the session. The gallery is active for 14 days for you to download your images.  \n*In the event of rain\, the sessions will be rescheduled for Saturday\, October 22. You will keep the same time slot\, unless you ask otherwise and there is an opening for a new time.  \n*No refunds for weather related events or cancellations. \n*The photo props will be disinfected between sessions for everyone’s safety.  \n  \nBelow is a sample photo of the background for this year’s photos.  \n \n  \nThe below photo is a directional photo from the Winona DAC (The yellow is Hwy 61) to the Latsch Shelter. The exact location is 915 Prairie Island Road\, Winona\, MN 55987 \nPlease Note: Latsch Shelter is NOT the same as the popular swimming location.  \n \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \nThe photo below is a locational photo to show you where to turn once on Prairie Island Road. Use the red star as a reference to around where the photos will be. (There is no longer a playground at the location.) You will see the girls and the set up once you pull in towards the Latsch Shelter. \n \n  \nAll proceeds from this event will be going towards the DAC Backyard Upgrade \nUpgrade includes: \n\nAdding a wheelchair glider to the swing set. (This way all of our individuals can have the chance to utilize said swing set!)\nAdding two more bays of regular swings (For less waiting time and turn taking which equals more fun!)\nPlanting a cherry\, 2 pear\, and 2 apple trees (To continue the wealth of gardening knowledge for our individuals and even some staff. Learning is so very important! It is even more fun when our individuals can see a project from start to finish and even get to eat some of it at the end!)\n\nWe have been fundraising all year for our backyard upgrade and we are hopeful we are able to get the work started soon! \n  \nA little bit about Those Gals Photography \nThey are based in Winona and the Twin Cities. Both ladies were born and raised in Winona\, but life has moved them up to the twin cities.
